Phoneme segmentation
We did a great job today as we identified the beginning, middle, and ending sounds in CVC words. The students placed their hands on their heads, waists, or toes to indicate whether the sound is found at the beginning, middle, or end of the word.
Watch as we isolate the phonemes in the words: bat, red, and pig.
