Where Do Frogs Come From?

Today we read the story "Where Do Frogs Come From?" by Alex Vern. We took turns reading aloud and we also practiced choral reading. This story gave us lots of new information . After we had finished reading and discussing the story we decided to act out the life of a frog.
Frogs come from small eggs. Above we are pretending to be eggs.

Pop! Pop! A tadpole pops out of an egg. Look at our cute tails.
Be sure to swim fast or you may be eaten by a fish!
After eating lots of plants the tadpole grows two back legs and two small front legs. Soon the tail is gone and we are frogs! Check us out as we use our strong back legs to hop around.
Great Job Readers!
